Our priority is the health and safety of our students. We are reviewing and responding to the daily warnings and recommendations from the CDC and local health departments.
The current recommendation is to continue with scheduled classes while taking extra precautions to wash hands, clean surfaces and stay home if you are sick. To avoid disruption in your martial arts training, we are taking important steps consistent with efforts made by schools and professionals:
1. Customized videos each week. We will increase the frequency of the videos and offer unique training insights. This week’s videos are here and you get class credit for completing them: o Ninjas: http://bit.ly/Ninjas310 o Jr. BB Program: http://bit.ly/jrbb310 o Sr. BB Program: http://bit.ly/srbb310 2. Avoid contact in training o All classes will be structured to focus on non-contact elements of martial arts such as power and breathing. 3. We will remain open as long as it is considered safe for our students and our larger community. If anyone does come into the building with presumptive symptoms, we will take immediate action to close and sanitize the school.
